With corporate offices based in San Francisco,
Prologis is the global leader in logistics real estate.
Prologis owns and operates over 3500 properties around the world and each property has a unique story; either as a sustainable building, build-to-suit development or strategic acquisition. It's no wonder the marketing department needed a dedicated repository and team to support their effort in developing, designing and managing a new DAM (Digital Asset Management) platform.
The platform was built with a unique taxonomy and API that verifies contents around the clock. Input, training and governance among key stakeholders is also a core effort to this initiative. To-date, tens of thousands of assets have been collected and uploaded, helping Prologis employees and vendors across the globe access assets and share information faster and more efficiently than ever before.
The second phase of our work was to help establish photographic criteria and guidelines for internal stakeholders as well as photographers. These guidelines helped organize the company around different themes within the Prologis library and supported a refreshed brand activation for the company.
Our third and ongoing phase is to support building out the Prologis photo library, while being mindful of the unique audiences they serve, we contract with some of the best architectural, aerial, drone, portrait and lifestyle photographers around the world.
